This role offers a base pay range of $50.00/hr, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. The position involves overseeing the admissions process at Alpha, an innovative educational institution.

Role Overview

As the primary advisor, you will guide families through critical educational decisions, evaluate prospective leads, and utilize AI tools to streamline admissions. You will directly engage with parents, manage your pipeline, and support Alpha's expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire admissions experience from inquiry to decision, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Assess leads from UHNW/HNW families using insightful questioning, CRM data, and AI insights.
  • Serve as the main contact for parental communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Utilize AI and CRM platforms (like HubSpot) to automate tasks and prioritize duties.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Director to improve processes and identify trends.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Following strict scripts; this role requires intuition and consultative decision-making.
  • Getting bogged down in bureaucratic delays; you will be the dependable contact from start to finish.
Basic Requirements
  • Over 3 years in a client-facing role with a record of trust-building and conversions.
  • Experience in qualifying leads and managing multi-step journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills with refinement and empathy.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and AI tools.
  • Located in the U.S. with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends to accommodate families.
Nice-to-Have Skills

About Alpha

Working with Us

This is a full-time, long-term position (40 hours/week), available immediately. The role is contracted through Crossover, paying $50/hour, totaling approximately $100,000/year. Payments are weekly.
