This role is far from behind-the-scenes. As the primary advisor, you'll guide families through critical decisions about their child's future, directly engaging with parents, evaluating prospective leads, offering exceptional support, and steering each admissions pathway from initial contact. You'll utilize state-of-the-art AI tools to streamline processes, manage your pipeline, and reduce administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on building trust and achieving results.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing the comprehensive admissions experience for your assigned families, ensuring each phase from inquiry to decision is managed with precision and transparency.
  • Assessing incoming leads from UHNW/HNW families through insightful questioning, CRM data, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the main contact for all parental communications, scheduling, and follow-ups — providing a high-quality experience regardless of the outcome.
  • Using AI tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to prioritize duties, automate follow-ups, and lessen manual tasks.
  • Working closely with the Admissions Director to synchronize decisions, identify trends, and continuously enhance what excellence looks like.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Following strict scripts or step-by-step guides — this role requires intuition, sophistication, and consultative decision-making.
  • Getting bogged down in bureaucratic delays — you won’t be caught up in cross-department approvals or waiting on others to act.
  • Handing off relationship management — you are the dependable contact point from start to finish.

Dean Of Enrollment Key Responsibilities

Provide a premium, high-conversion admissions journey that builds family trust and supports Alpha’s national growth.

Basic Requirements

  • Over 3 years in a client-facing role with a proven record of establishing trust and driving conversions (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, executive recruiting, philanthropy).
  • Proven success in qualifying leads and navigating multi-step customer journeys.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate with refinement and empathy, particularly with discerning or high-pressure stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and ease in using AI tools to enhance efficiency and gain insights.
  • Located in the U.S. with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work evenings/weekends to accommodate family schedules.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in private education, high-end service environments, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Understanding of Alpha’s model or a demonstrated enthusiasm for educational reform.
  • Experience in refining or managing AI-enhanced sales/admissions processes.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
