Job Overview

This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive salary of $100,000 per year. The role involves guiding families through the admissions process at Alpha, an innovative educational institution leveraging AI technology to revolutionize learning. You will serve as the primary contact for families, utilizing AI tools and CRM systems such as HubSpot to streamline the admissions experience and build trust with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire admissions journey for assigned families, from inquiry to decision.
  • Qualify and assess leads from high-net-worth families using insightful questioning, CRM data, and AI insights.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, schedule follow-ups, and provide exceptional support.
  • Utilize AI and CRM platforms to automate tasks, prioritize duties, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Director to optimize processes and identify trends.
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as admissions, luxury sales, or executive recruiting.
  • Proven success in lead qualification and managing complex customer journeys.
  • Exceptional communication skills with high-pressure or discerning stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and AI tools.
  • Located in the U.S. with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends to accommodate families.
Preferred Skills

Work Details
