Job summary

High Point University seeks a dynamic and accomplished academic leader to serve as Dean of the Webb School of Engineering. This is a full-time, 12-month, faculty position with strategic responsibility for Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematical Sciences, and for curricular innovation and accreditation.

The Dean recruits and develops exceptional faculty and staff, leads budget planning, and drives enrollment growth while upholding ABET standards and expanding experiential learning

Qualifications

• Doctorate in engineering preferred; other related fields considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of academic leadership experience.
• Proven track record with ABET accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for curricula and programs.
• Lead faculty and staff development and enrollment growth.
• Ensure ABET accreditation standards and external partnerships.
