An established industry player is seeking a Dean of Culture to foster a strong achievement culture in a school setting. This role involves collaborating with the Principal and staff to create an inclusive environment and implementing behavior management systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in K-12 education, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on student outcomes and school culture while working closely with families and community partners.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $93,629 annually
Reports to: Principal
Bargaining Unit: Organization of School Administrators and Supervisors (OSAS)

Telecommuting Eligibility: School-based. Not eligible for telecommuting.
In accordance with the Agreement between the Organization of School Administrators and Supervisors (OSAS) and the Board of Education of the School District of the City of Detroit, the following vacancy is announced.
The Dean of Culture will create a strong achievement culture in the school aligned to the mission, vision, and values of the Detroit Public Schools Community District. The Dean of Culture works closely with the Principal and staff to cultivate an inclusive school environment and employ efforts to create a positive, structured, consistent, caring, and disciplined school culture.
