An established industry player in education is seeking a passionate Dean of Culture to foster a safe and inclusive environment for students. This role is pivotal in managing behavioral systems and building strong relationships with students and families. The Dean will collaborate with instructional leaders to ensure consistent expectations and support while facilitating character development and social-emotional learning. We are Rocky Mountain Prep, a movement comprised of incredible educators, families, scholars, and advocates who are changing the face of public education in Colorado by democratizing college access and preparation for historically marginalized students and families. On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as twelve weeks through twelfth grade.
Role Mission:
The Dean of Culture plays a critical leadership role in creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful school environment where all students thrive. They manage school-wide behavioral systems and ensure consistent expectations and support. Through regular classroom walkthroughs, home visits, and family communication, they build strong relationships that reinforce a positive school culture. The Dean collaborates closely with instructional leaders, grade-level teams, MTSS, and attendance teams to develop and monitor interventions, lead character development groups, and support student engagement. They model and coach staff in maintaining high behavioral and academic expectations.

This is a full-time, in-person, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $72,000-$76,800, depending on experience.
