Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned doctoral degree (PhD, DNP or EdD) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional leadership experience in higher education, nursing education, or a related academic healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ACEN accreditation, state boards, and clinical standards.
• Proven ability to lead faculty, manage programs, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Cummings School of Nursing and Health Sciences, aligning priorities with Endicott College's mission.
• Maintain high academic quality and outcomes across all programs; oversee curriculum development and accreditation.
• Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships and experiential learning opportunities.
• Recruit, retain, and develop faculty and staff; foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; manage resources and advancement efforts.
• Promote student success and engagement; support a diverse academic community.
