This exciting career opportunity is for a DEAN|FLUOR Part-Time Custodial Technician to join one of the region’s fastest-growing companies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Maintaining the building in a clean and orderly condition, including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, light fixtures, waxing, and mopping.
2. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma with two or more years of custodial experience.
• Ability to achieve and maintain security clearance.
• Physical ability to perform extensive walking, stooping, pushing, carrying, climbing, bending, and lifting.
• Compliance with all company policies and standards.

Abilities

• Lifting at least 100 pounds at once and 60 pounds for extended periods.
• Relocating a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
• Working at heights up to 60 feet and climbing scaffolds, lifts, and ladders.
• Performing physical activities like walking, climbing, lifting, and reaching regularly.
• Good vision and hearing, and ability to communicate in English.
• Recognizing problems and applying general rules to specific issues.
• Seeing details at close range and understanding spoken information.
