CSUMB is a growing public university committed to inclusive excellence. The new Dean is expected to start in January 2027 and will oversee faculty, students, and staff while pursuing donor engagement and program innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the COS and align with the university mission.
• Build collegial relationships with faculty, students, staff and administrators.
• Provide stability, coherence and strategic direction for the College.
• Attract community and donor support for COS programs and research.
