California State University, Monterey Bay invites inquiries for the position of Dean of the College of Science. The Dean will lead academic and research initiatives, advance strategic priorities, and represent COS within the university and with external partners.

CSUMB is a growing public university committed to inclusive excellence. The new Dean is expected to start in January 2027 and will oversee faculty, students, and staff while pursuing donor engagement and program innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the COS and align with the university mission.
• Build collegial relationships with faculty, students, staff and administrators.
• Provide stability, coherence and strategic direction for the College.
• Attract community and donor support for COS programs and research.
