• Earned terminal degree in a discipline relevant to the Business School.
• Proven transformative leadership demonstrating the ability to develop and execute strategic priorities, lead organizational change, and achieve measurable results.
• Evidence of success building partnerships with industry, government, nonprofit, and community organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to secure resources through fundraising, external partnerships, sponsored programs, or other revenue‑generating activities.
• Proven ability to lead collaboratively and effectively in complex organizations.
