You will apply financial modeling, valuation, and critical thinking to create clear deliverables, manage workstreams, and build strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of experience in financial due diligence or related field.
• Experience interpreting earnings quality and financial statement trends.
• Ability to develop client relationships and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow trends, and working capital to support M&A transactions.
• Evaluate earnings quality, balance sheet items, and transaction risks.
• Translate findings into clear deliverables for client teams.
