The Opportunity

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues, helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will articulate our purpose and values meaningfully, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role within our Deals practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant or an MBA

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
