Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate in Deals - DTDS Analytics to provide strategic advisory support for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, leveraging data analysis to inform decisions and maximize value.

You will mentor junior team members, build data pipelines, develop models, and communicate insights through dashboards, contributing to client outcomes and the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• MBA (Master's of Business Administration) is required or in progress.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics or related field.
• Position targeted for final-year MBA candidates applying for client-service Senior Associate roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex data analysis to extract actionable insights for M&A and other transactions.
• Develop algorithms and data models to support analytics initiatives and projections.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified views for decision making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable data flow and accessibility.
• Apply machine learning techniques to improve predictive analytics for contracts and deals.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis in client engagements.

The Opportunity

As a Deals - DTDS - Analytics - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will leverage your skills in data analysis to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members and maintaining professional standards while using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.

In this role, you will apply analytics to contract data to identify risk, obligations, performance insights, and compliance indicators. You will be instrumental in driving the delivery of client solutions and contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree


• At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
