The STRAT is seeking a Dealertainer to perform high-energy table game dealing with entertaining flair, poolside in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience dealing multiple games or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience as a dealer, or entertainment dealer preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot temperatures, in swimwear.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deal designated casino games while actively entertaining and interacting with guests.
