Job summary

Citrin is seeking a Management Trainee in the United States to develop leaders through a structured program that covers hospitality, driving, and related services for dealership clients across the country.

Training lasts 60–90 days with compensation including weekly pay, performance bonuses, and extensive mentorship. You will learn leadership, customer service, sales, and operations, with potential travel to new client launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but experience may waive.
• At least 1 year of people and operations management in a customer-focused environment.
• Sales, leadership and hospitality experience across hotels, retail, or restaurant settings.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to work 45–50 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintains long-term relationships with clients at assigned location.
• Communicate client needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor team performance at the location.
• Coordinate with team to ensure consistent service in a fast-paced environment.
• Train and develop team on parking safety and valet procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage team schedules at the location.

During the program:

Start learning our business working alongside the team in our current locations with possible travel to new customer launches throughout the US.

In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own market and develop your team in 1 – 3 dealerships and 15 – 50+ employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintains long term relationships with our clients of the assigned location
• Communicate client needs on a timely manner
• Consistently monitor team members performance of assigned location
• Coordinate with team members ensuring consistent service in a fast-paced environment
• Training and development of team members on parking safety and valet procedures
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed
• Manage team schedules of assigned location
• Administrative tasks such as handling cash revenue and daily reporting of assigned locations

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but with the right experience not required
• Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment. (Only experienced managers will be considered)
• Sales, leadership and hospitality experience may include but is not limited to: work in a hotel , retail, commission sales or a serving/restaurant environment; participation or leadership in athletic/team activities; leadership experience in the military or community, social, academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions
• Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week.
• Must be comfortable working long shifts on your feet.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
