Job summary

Citrin is seeking a Dealership Valet Manager in Irmo, SC to lead daily valet operations across assigned locations. You will manage a team, develop schedules, monitor performance, and ensure world-class hospitality for high-end automotive clients.

You will train and mentor staff, uphold safety standards, handle cash and daily reports, and report on budgets. A background in hospitality or service leadership is preferred; 18+, valid US work authorization, and 45–50 hour weeks are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but with the right experience not required.
• At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Sales, leadership and hospitality experience in related settings (hotel, retail, dining, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with no significant infractions.
• Availability to work 45–50 hours per week, long shifts on your feet.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients at the assigned location.
• Communicate client needs in a timely manner and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service in a fast-paced environment.
• Train and develop team on parking safety and valet procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage team schedules.

In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own market and develop your team in 1 – 3 dealerships and 15 – 50+ employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training and development of team members on parking safety and valet procedures
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed
• Manage team schedules of assigned location
• Administrative tasks such as handling cash revenue and daily reporting of assigned locations

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but with the right experience not required
• Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment. (Only experienced managers will be considered)
• Sales, leadership and hospitality experience may include but is not limited to: work in a hotel , retail, commission sales or a serving/restaurant environment; participation or leadership in athletic/team activities; leadership experience in the military or community, social, academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions
• Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week.
• Must be comfortable working long shifts on your feet.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
