Job summary

Citrin is seeking team members to provide premium hospitality at automotive dealerships. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle movement, and help with on-site tasks while embracing our values of service and safety.

This role offers flexible shifts, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) after one year. Weekly pay and staged pay raises are provided based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and good driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift.
• Professional appearance and reliability.
• Physical tasks include bending, kneeling, walking and occasional jogging.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive, delivering world class hospitality.
• Move vehicles safely around the dealership with emphasis on safety.
• Support vehicle wash, parts delivery and quality control at some locations.
• Learn dealership operations by assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Drive vehicles for off-site demonstrations where trained and eligible.
• Keep vehicles clean and re-delivered to Citrin standards.
