Job summary

Bob King Hyundai in Winston-Salem seeks a full-time shuttle driver/porter/lot attendant for the Service Department. You will transport customers, respond to calls with urgency, and keep the lot and service lanes tidy and safe.

Requirements include a valid license and clean driving history, reliable daily transportation, and excellent customer service. The role may involve occasional manual transmissions and corporate runs to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work Mon-Fri 7:30am-6:00pm; Sat 8:30am-5:00pm; schedule discussed in interview.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Professional, clean appearance and demeanor.
• Able to drive both automatic and occasional manual transmissions.
• Willingness to take initiative for all duties by management.
• Detailed follow-up and ability to follow directions with urgency.
• Dedicated to job responsibilities, career growth and daily development.

Responsibilities

• Drive customers safely to and from the dealership.

• Assist with lot cleanup in service lane and shop as needed.
• Occasionally assist with corporate drives to bank or post office.
• Other duties as assigned to keep the Service Lane inviting for customers.

We are looking to add a full time shuttle driver/porter/lot attendant to our team in the Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customers safely to and from the dealership
• Respond to all calls from each dealership with a sense of urgency
• Follow all traffic laws at all times to keep yourself, the customers, and our vehicles safe
• Assist with clean up on the lot, in the service lane and in the shop as needed per the Service Director
• Occasionally assist with Corporate drives to the bank or post office
• Other duties as assigned to keep the Service Lane inviting for customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Availability to work when the Service drive is open Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:00pm Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm - schedule to be discussed in more detail during the interview process

• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day

• Able to drive both automatic and occasionally standard transmission vehicles as needed
