Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Beaumont, TX seeks an Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team across dealer networks. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee forecasting of unit sales and gross profit while managing new and used vehicle operations.

Requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi‑task, and a track record of high CSI and sales volume. Growth opportunities and a robust benefits package are offered.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Training, and Developing a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles
