Job summary

Thornton Automotive - Dover is seeking a Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized and vehicles moving smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll move, park, and prep vehicles, ensuring a clean, professional first impression for every customer who visits our dealership.

You will assist with vehicle pick-up/drop-off, wash/vacuum vehicles, and support the service and sales teams with daily logistics, all while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Prior dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in service lanes as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and service drive
• Assist customers with vehicle pick-up and drop-off
• Wash, vacuum, and prep vehicles as needed
• Support the service and sales teams with day-to-day vehicle logistics
• Perform minor errands and deliveries as assigned

PAY

• Starting hourly pay range $12-14 plus benefits
