Responsibilities

  • Monitoring used car inventory processes, working with multiple departments to ensure timely processing
  • Maintaining conditions of used vehicles and monitoring for changes in conditions such as dents, scratches, scrapes, low tire pressure, new noises from brakes or engine, requires attention to detail
  • Intake and visual inspection of new vehicles
  • Assisting sales team with timely delivery of new and used vehicles
  • Photographing vehicles for internet merchandising
  • Social Media product promotion
  • Maintaining safe and orderly conditions in the parking lot

Qualifications

  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Organizational skills to prioritize workload
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities, and willing to ask for assistance and further training when necessary
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Office experience
