Pro-MotionPix, LLC is seeking a dependable Dealership Inventory Specialist to manage and photograph inventory across Santa Cruz and surrounding dealerships. Travel will be required with your own reliable vehicle, and you will capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

No professional photography experience is required; paid training is provided to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory documentation.

Responsibilities

Dealership Inventory Specialist – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until route is completed)

Route: Santa Cruz & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $25.00++ per hour

**Combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo incentives. Potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

About the Position

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable, hands-on Dealership Inventory Specialist to help automotive dealerships manage and maintain their online vehicle inventory.

This is an active, field-based position where you'll travel between assigned dealerships, locate vehicles, prepare them for inventory processing, and capture photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and mobile app.

You’ll work directly with dealership personnel to keep inventory organized, accurately documented, and ready for online shoppers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, or other hands‑on environments who enjoys staying active and working independently.

No professional photography experience is required! We provide paid training and teach you our process. This is a structured, process-driven position focused on accuracy, consistency, and efficiency rather than creative photography.

Relevant experience includes:

• Automotive dealerships: Porters, lot attendants, detailers, lube technicians, and inventory specialists.
• Warehouse and distribution.
• Construction and skilled trades.
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Delivery driving and route-based positions.
• Other physically active or hands‑on occupations.

Successful candidates are:

• Able to walk dealership lots and stay on their feet throughout the day.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Minimum one year of consistent work history preferred.
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar hands‑on experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and using mobile technology.
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00++ per hour – Combination of base pay and per‑vehicle photo incentives.
