Camping World seeks a General Manager to oversee all dealership operations and maximize sales and profitability in a customer-centric environment. You will lead a knowledgeable sales team, manage inventory, and drive innovative sales initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, professional conduct, and the ability to manage budgets and cost controls while ensuring a safe workplace. A degree helps, but relevant experience is valued equally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is helpful, but applicable work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing a profit center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Act in a professional manner while effectively handling problems and facilitate successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a quality and knowledgeable sales team.
• Develop unique ways to drive sales and increase store profitability.
• Maintain in-stock levels through accurate inventory management.
• Oversee the Profit and Loss and budget responsibility and manages to the budget accordingly.
• Initiate and tracks cost control mechanisms.
• Model and promote great customer service behavior.
• Select and develop staff for growth and development opportunities.
• Maintain a safe work area for employees and customers.
