Job summary

Holman is seeking a General Manager to lead Leith Nissan and the Holman Family. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, with 6+ years in dealership management.

The position offers a base compensation range of $300,000–$350,000 USD annually, plus bonus opportunities, for full-time on-site work in Cary, NC. The GM will plan and execute business strategies, manage budgets, recruit and develop leaders, liaise with manufacturers, and drive customer and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; and 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements and ensures compliance with organization policies and goals.
• Provides counsel and direction to the activities of sales, service, parts, body shop, F&I, and administration to affect operational efficiency and economy.
• Directs and coordinates promotion of services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
• Analyzes department budgets to identify areas in which profit opportunities can be maximized or cost can be minimized and operating budget can be achieved.
• Confers with administrative and managerial personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
• Through communication, oversight and direction works to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment.

Education
