Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking a General Manager in the Indianapolis area to lead dealership operations and drive profitability. The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to manage teams and budgets in a fast-paced automotive recruiting environment.

The GM will oversee day-to-day dealership performance, implement growth initiatives, and ensure high standards of customer service while aligning with company goals and industry best practices.
