Germain Motor Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Corporate Dealership Controller to lead all accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance to drive dealership growth and profitability.

The role oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, coordinates audits, develops budgets, and ensures GAAP compliance while partnering with department heads on cost control and forecasting. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Proven experience as Corporate Controller or similar in automotive dealership.
• GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Integrity and dependability with urgency and results orientation.
