Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or accounting equivalent with strong analytical ability.
• 5 years’ experience managing the accounting function in a dealership setting.
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with dealership management systems (ADP preferred) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all dealership accounting functions ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, supervise and develop office staff.
• Monitor balance sheets, forecasts, budgets and monthly closes.
• Prepare reconciliations and ensure timely financial statements and reports.
