Job summary

Hireology in Kentucky is seeking an Automotive Service Technician with dealership experience to join our growing team. The right candidate will diagnose and repair vehicles, focusing on quality work and customer satisfaction.

You will work at a Ford dealership, with opportunities to advance your technical skills and pursue Ford STST certifications. A valid U.S. driver's license and a safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience at a car dealership.
• Ford certification highly preferred.
• ASE or other OEM certifications a plus.
• Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and drivability concerns.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
• Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
• Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.
