CarGuys Inc. is seeking an experienced Body Shop Painter to join our dealership team and deliver high-quality refinishes for a variety of vehicle makes and models.

You will ensure precise color matching, prepare surfaces, and collaborate with the body shop crew to meet production schedules. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, strong paint technique knowledge, and a meticulous focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on both minor touch-ups and full body refinishes.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• I-CAR certification or similar training is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level paint and refinishing work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork.
• Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
