Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is hiring a skilled Body Shop Painter for a dealership position in Pennsylvania. You will perform paint and refinishing work on various vehicle makes, ensuring color accuracy and high-quality finishes.

The role requires experience in a dealership setting, strong painting techniques, and a detail-oriented approach to satisfy customers. I-CAR certification or equivalent training is a plus, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Body Shop Painter, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on both minor touch-ups and full body refinishes.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• I-CAR certification or similar training is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level paint and refinishing work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork.
• Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
