Job summary

Raging Bull Harley-Davidson, part of Sonic Powersports, is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support dealership operations in Stuart, FL. This role focuses on accuracy across accounting processes within a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has dealership accounting experience, proficiency with Lightspeed DMS and Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and month‑end close, contributing to a well‑organized

Qualifications

• Prior accounting or dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with Lightspeed DMS is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile bank transactions daily.
• Manage accounts receivable activity, record payments, and follow up on balances.
• Post vehicle sales deals and ensure compliance checklist is completed.
• Maintain schedules for accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts, inventory, and other accounts.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure books and records are complete and current.
• Perform other accounting, administrative, and operational duties as needed.
