Reporting to the Table Games Manager, the Table Games Dealer Trainee is hired to learn the table games business, starting with Blackjack and be able to pass the certification to promote to a Table Games dealer position.

$20.00 PER HOUR

• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts or stressful customer interactions.

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours)

• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator
