Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking dealers to provide exemplary service at table games within a premier resort environment. You will greet guests, manage chips and cash, and ensure compliance with CCC regulations while contributing to a fast-paced, energetic casino floor.

Starting Rate: $6.05/hr, with opportunities for performance-based advancement and tips. The role requires standing for long periods and mobility, with training through NJ Dealers School.”

Qualifications

• CER License is required.
• Must stand for extended periods of time.
• Bending mobility required.
• Must speak English fluently and understand English.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent.
• Prior dealing experience or training from Dealers School.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
• Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure.
• Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps).
• Controls pace of the game.
• Informs the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play.
• Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
• Knowledge of CCC regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Verifies opening and closing table inventory slips
