Job summary

Foundation Finance Company Careers is seeking a Dealer Services Analyst to monitor and document dealer applications and record changes to ensure compliance. You will prepare onboarding research and documents to onboard dealers with the company.

Essential duties include entering dealer data across systems such as Salesforce and internal tools, maintaining notes, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with Business Development and Inside Sales.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field OR 2 years’ of experience in research, market analysis or consumer finance.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software and Experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF.
• One evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and existing dealers’ information and upload supporting documentation in systems such as Salesforce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, and TrustLayer.
• Document notes properly in required areas per company processes and procedures.
• Respond to dealers, internal staff and management requests, complaints and/or issues; follow proper communication procedures to resolve phone call/email requests.
• Collect, analyze, research, monitor, and document all new dealer applications, dealer workup checklists, dealer ownership, ACH, company and DBA name changes.
• Confirm identity, history, and establishment of potential dealers by researching and analyzing data from multiple software systems.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Inside Sales to assist with items, updates to lead/dealer records, and contacting lead/dealer.
• Communicate with other department staff to help analyze and resolve customer verification/document issues by contacting dealers for missing items; stipulations, signed documents, liability insurance, required state licensing etc.
• Assist other departments with night/weekend coverage, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
