• Paid Dealer School trains aspiring table games dealers.
• Dealers provide high-quality customer service and promote a positive atmosphere.
• Open game at assigned table, verify contents, inspect cards/dice, and sign off with supervisor.
• Deal, payout winnings, exchange currency, and explain game rules.
• Change decks or dice, inspect and mix cards.
• Verify bank roll with supervisor and security.
• Protect game integrity, monitor cards/dice, and ensure compliance with rules and minimums.
• Close game, balance chips, and sign off.
• Maintain honesty and control game pace.
• Assist guests or direct questions to appropriate staff.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Pass an audition at the end of dealer school.

• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must talk and hear regularly, stand and walk frequently, and occasionally sit, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity and visual abilities are required.

STARTING SALARY

$15.00/hour during training. Dealer rate including tips: $25+ per hour. Opportunity to join as we open our new casino in 2025.
