Our Client, a Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Dealer Sales Support & Business Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze complex datasets to support business decisions.
- Create compelling visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, leadership, and senior leadership.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support various initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and report on their impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data optimization.
Direct Sales Enablement
- Provide support for CI projects that incorporate client Energy products, including battery storage systems, solar panels, and energy efficiency services.
- Contribute the development of utility integration strategies for client Energy solutions.
- Assist direct sales efforts related to V2H and HEMs promotion.
- Participate in the design and execution of the VIP sales program, oversee reporting and presentation activities, and deliver updates to leadership.
- Dealer Sales Support
Collaborate with accessories and ADI (Authorized Dealer Installers):
- Manage dealer inventory and reporting.
- Support inventories sell-down strategy and execution.
- Partner with the dealer field sales team:
- Help design and execute field-level sales strategies.
- Implement programs and incentives to boost sales of charging products and adapters.
- Manage dealer reporting using Power BI.
- Data Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards; analyze datasets to create visual insights and actionable recommendations.
Typical Day in the Role
- This is a new and unique role on the team, designed to support data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions. We're looking for someone who can take raw data—including inventory reports, Power BI dashboards, and other sources, and transform it into clear, actionable data visualizations that help guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Master-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Comfortable presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with incentive tracking and performance analysis is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in sales, operations, marketing, or automotive sector, with at least 3 years working directly with dealers or in a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation.
- Power BI – dashboard creation, DAX, data transformation, and visualization.
- PowerPoint – building clear, compelling presentations to communicate data insights.
- Tableau, Lucid (creates flow charts) experience
