This is a full-time salaried exempt Sales role with opportunity for additional earnings through performance bonuses (with exceptional benefits), reporting to our National Sales Manager for Specialty Markets. Ideal candidates will:

  1. Demonstrate the ability to consistently maintain a high level of focused sales activity.
  2. Be an aggressive risk-taker who is results-oriented, pro-active and has a high degree of personal accountability and self-direction.
  3. Consistently stretch to achieve higher levels of performance and efficiency.
  4. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, sound judgment, and incorporate company goals into personal goals.
  5. Hold themselves to the highest standards of ethics and integrity and practice Company values on a day-to-day basis.
  6. Ability to be covered under our Corporate liability insurance.
  7. Will reside within the defined territory, preferably in the region of Sacramento.
  8. Eligible to work in the U.S.
  9. Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent industry experience.
  10. Landscape/Irrigation industry, design, installation or operation experience required.
  11. Travel daily by a company provided vehicle and some by airline.
  12. Travel will be up to 50% overnight.
