Job description



STS Technical Services is actively seeking a Dealer Operations Manager to support the continued growth and success of the TICO Dealer Network. This remote position is ideal for a strategic and results-driven leader who understands how to scale dealer operations, drive performance, and foster long-term partnerships across a dynamic national network.


As the Dealer Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with TICO's Regional Managers, Aftermarket teams, and Dealer Council to build programs, standards, and processes that elevate the dealer experience and ensure consistent delivery for TICO customers nationwide.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan, oversee, and evaluate all TICO dealer operations nationwide
  • Monitor dealer performance to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and manage dealer training programs to maintain high-quality service
  • Oversee dealer contracts, renewals, onboarding, and annual business planning
  • Lead quarterly performance reviews and administer dealer scorecards
  • Track and assess dealer financials, including cash flow and profitability
  • Analyze sales and market trends to identify dealer growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal sales, service, and aftermarket teams to align goals
  • Drive improvements in parts and service performance across the network
  • Manage communication between manufacturer and dealer partners
  • Ensure long-term viability and network expansion through strategic insight

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Dealer Network Manager, or Key Account Manager
  • Background in heavy equipment or industrial machinery sales strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment sales and fleet support; EV experience a plus
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn, represent, and recommend emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and meets performance targets
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, customer-focused approach

Role Details:

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Work Setup: Remote with occasional travel
  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional warehouse visits (PPE required in production areas)
  • Physical Requirements: Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and use hands/arms
