Job summary

AutoCartel Texas LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Dealer Lot Services Specialist. You will travel to dealerships, photograph and videotape inventory, and upload media to our internal system.

This hands-on role requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors. Starting pay is $15.00/hr with bonuses based on production, with potential to increase as production grows.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, and a driver\'s license.
• Must reside in the Baton Rouge area or be willing to relocate to it.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform outdoor work for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in car photography or interest in learning is preferred; customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned dealerships in the Baton Rouge area.
• Stage and photograph vehicles following Autocartel standards.
• Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
• Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
• Input accurate vehicle data efficiently.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with dealerships and managers.
• Drive a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic).
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency to sustain client relationships.

Position Overview

We’re hiring aDealer Lot Services Specialistto support our clients with their photography and videography needs. In this role, you’ll travel to dealerships in the Baton Rouge area on scheduled days to photograph and video inventory and upload media into our internal database. This is a hands‑on role ideal for self-starters who thrive in autonomy, enjoy being around new cars, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area
• Stage and photograph vehicles following Autocartel standards
• Capture walkaround videos for online platforms
• Upload photos/videos to our internal system
• Input accurate vehicle data in an efficient manner
• Provide consistent and professional communication with dealerships and managers
• Perform physical work outdoors up to 8 hours daily
• Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
• Provide consistent visits, maintain timeliness, and accuracy to ensure a continued business relationship with clients
• Apply productive thinking and self-discipline to maximize time efficiency (i.e., travel time and routes)
• Provide a high level of attention to detail

Perks & Benefits

• Starting Pay:$15.00 per hour. After your first 30 days you are eligible for bonus based on production. Based on previous bonus: after 60th day, base is increased to $17.50 per hour and you are still eligible to earn bonus which is based on production. Most employees average $25-$35 per hour when factoring in bonus money.
