Job summary

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Automotive Lot Technician / Inventory Specialist to service automotive dealerships throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas. This is a part-time, field-based role with a clear daily process.

You’ll photograph vehicles using a company-issued iPhone, capture 360° spins and videos, locate keys and inventory, and communicate with dealership staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
• Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned automotive dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
• Photograph vehicles using a company-issued iPhone and app.
• Capture 360° spins and videos.
• Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots.
• Move vehicles into designated photo areas when needed.
• Prepare vehicles for photography.
• Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles, keys, and inventory.
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at each dealership.

Automotive Lot Technician

Part-Time | 2-3 Days Per Week | 4-8 Hours Per Day + OT When Needed

Route: Ventura, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable, hands-on Automotive Lot Technician / Inventory Specialist to service automotive dealerships throughout the area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, driving to different locations, and following a consistent daily process.

You do not need professional photography experience. We provide paid training and teach you exactly how to complete the job.

You’ll use a company-issued iPhone and our app to photograph dealership vehicles, capture 360° spins and videos, locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots, move cars into position, and communicate with dealership staff.

This is not a creative photography job. It’s a structured, field-based position focused on efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and getting the work completed.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

• Automotive dealerships - porter, lot attendant, detailer, lube technician, inventory specialist, etc.
• Warehouse or distribution
• Construction or skilled trades
• Landscaping
• Delivery or route-based work
• Maintenance or other hands-on jobs
• Fast-paced, physically active work environments

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable vehicle required

• Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks
• Ability to safely move vehicles when required
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00++ per hour
• Pay includes base pay + per-vehicle photo payout
