Fifteen Group Capital LLC, a Miami-based real estate investment firm, is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to drive sourcing, underwriting, and execution across Florida, California, and Texas. Based at our Miami headquarters, you will work with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence, and advance our acquisition strategy with regular travel for property tours and broker meetings.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated experience underwriting and closing real estate transactions.
• Expert-level financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate acquisition principles, valuation methods, and transaction structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced degree from a top-tier program a strong plus.
• Experience with multifamily or commercial real estate acquisitions in California, Florida, or Texas preferred.
• Background with institutional investors, private equity, or family office real estate preferred.
• CFA, CAIA, or progress toward designation a plus. Argus certification and real estate license in Florida or California a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead deal sourcing and origination across Florida, California, and Texas.
• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisition opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence, including third-party reports and site inspections.
• Develop investment theses and market intelligence reports for target submarkets.
• Support negotiation of letters of intent and purchase agreements.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and lender packages.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute acquisitions and manage deal pipeline.
