Job summary

RevOps Report is seeking a Deal Desk Coordinator to support sales execution across regions. You will coordinate initial deal submissions with BDMs and Credit, track revisions, and ensure accurate funding packages through documentation and compliance.

You will act as a liaison with dealers, vendors, brokers and customers, ensuring clear communication and timely progression of deals, while helping improve turnaround times and revenue growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard business software is expected.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Handle deal intake and coordination with BDMs and Credit teams.
• Review and submit deal packages ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate revisions and information requests for deal structuring.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Credit, dealers, vendors and customers.
• Manage documentation and funding packages through funding readiness.
