About the job

Twilio is looking for a curious, action-oriented Senior Analyst for the LATAM Deal Desk Team who lives the Twilio Magic to support our LATAM Go-To-Market motion. This is an exciting role for someone to gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross-functional interactions and lead non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF) from end-to-end. You will work to enforce and define the process shaping the LATAM selling motion, appropriately structuring deals to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both customers and Twilio. You should be passionate, dedicated, and capable of understanding complex problems while providing clear explanations and solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with and establish trusted working relationships with team members, Product Management, Legal, Billing, Order Management, and Finance, identifying policy, process, and tooling automation needs.
  • Use financial modelling and spreadsheets for data analysis to support deal structuring and pricing for strategic customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle by managing complex contracts, sharing expertise on standard terms, pricing, and commercial terms to coach sales teams towards mutually acceptable offers.
  • Enforce corporate approval policies, collaborate with sales, and manage escalations for policy exceptions or bespoke terms for strategic customers.
  • Provide end-to-end quote to signature support, including CPQ quote building, pricing, OF creation, Docusign execution, and opportunity closure.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and workload management.

*Required:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing. Without a degree, a minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple custom contract requests using pre-approved language or drafting new language.
  • Willingness to work closely with AEs, provide excellent customer service, and enable successful sales outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Docusign, CPQ, Conga CLM, MS-Office, and G-Suite.

Location

This role will be remote, based in Brazil.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings or projects.
