Cadence Design Systems is seeking a North America Deal Desk Finance Manager to partner with sales and finance teams in Burlington, MA, and remotely for the right candidate. You will structure deals, address revenue recognition, and draft contract terms to maximize value while ensuring compliance.

The role requires 12+ years in finance, strong communication, and experience with Salesforce/CPQ. Massachusetts salary ranges from $112,000 to $208,000 plus incentive compensation and comprehensive

Qualificações

• 12+ years in Finance Department/Accounting/Auditing or related discipline.
• Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ASC606 software revenue recognition is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to structure and execute customer deals.
• Identify revenue recognition, booking, and fulfillment issues in nonstandard deals.
• Collaborate with BU on discounts and pricing.
• Serve as an expert on quoting systems.
• Draft contract terms for nonstandard deal features.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Focus on deal quality, forecasting, compliance, and contract terms and conditions.
• Provide finance input on operations and business model changes; assist with post‑acquisition integration.
