Cadence Design Systems is seeking a Deal Desk Manager for Sales Finance in San Jose, CA. You will partner with the sales team to structure deals that maximize value, address revenue recognition and booking issues, and draft nonstandard terms.

You will lead forecasting for bookings and revenue, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while driving process improvements in deal execution. A strong finance background is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ Years in Finance Department/Accounting/Auditing or related discipline.
• Education: Finance or Accounting related degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence internal stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, problem solving and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Finance partner to Sales, structuring and executing deals to meet financial objectives.
• Identify revenue recognition, booking, and fulfillment issues with nonstandard features.
• Lead forecasts of bookings, revenue, and cash for multiple segments.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements within Deal Desk.
