What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary operator for the deal desk function, ensuring accuracy and timely support for sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Collaborate with sales to review deal structures and recommend process improvements for efficiency
  • Lead ad-hoc projects to enhance stakeholder enablement and process flows across the customer journey
  • Optimize Salesforce and other GTM tools, ensuring that integrations and reporting align with best practices
  • Document and deliver training on deal desk processes and systems to improve user adoption and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role
  • Hands-on experience with deal desk functions and understanding of deal structures and approval workflows
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesloft and Gong
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in creating and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub)
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets with strong capabilities in data manipulation and analysis
  • Clear and confident communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process execution and accuracy
