Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working with DeafBlind individuals.
• Experience with Support Service Provider (SSP) services.
• Fluency in ASL is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SSPs, CoNavigators, and volunteers for DeafBlind consumers.
• Provide training in communication accessibility.
• Document program strategies and maintain program records.

Skills

Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)

Direct experience with DeafBlind individuals

Program coordination skills

Knowledge of Tactile American Sign Language (TASL)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Human Services, etc.
