Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges referred by the Department of Developmental Services. Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing homes that meet each individual's needs and preferences. We encourage active community participation through volunteering, classes, outings, or health clubs. Our dedicated staff ensures individuals acquire the supports and skills necessary for a successful, satisfying life in the community, fostering meaningful and active lives.

Salary

USD $20.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible, providing evidence-based treatment and care in a group setting.
• Guide, support, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Implement procedures to ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the environment.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and complete required documentation.

Key Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
