Job summary

Koniag Information Security Services, LLC is seeking a WDDRPM to support our government customer and manage the Drug Demand Reduction Program at the Wing leadership level. The role includes oversight of testing programs, coordination of personnel, and preparation of DDRP documentation.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preferred military background and experience in DDRP operations, reporting, and compliance across the Air National Guard context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education with transcripts required.
  • Prior military experience preferred.
  • One year of specialized experience in management, organization, and DDRP-related procedures.
  • Knowledge of DDRP goals, methods, and techniques for implementation and education.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Installation Military and Civilian Drug Testing Programs.
  • Oversee Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs for the Wing Commander.
  • Present annual DDRP metrics to Wing Commander.
  • Train and certify DDRP personnel and duties.
  • Prepare legal documents for DDRP boards.
  • Coordinate monthly and weekly drug testing and ensure proper specimen handling.
