Job Summary

The Route Driver position requires a valid CDL A, a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), an up-to-date medical card, and at least one year of driving experience or equivalent classroom training. Candidates must have a neat appearance and pass a DOT exam.

Schedule: Early AM start; 4 days per week, with Sun and Wed off, and a rotating third day. Hours may vary based on company needs.

Compensation: $1381.90/week for the first 12 weeks; $1535.46/week thereafter. Overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate for additional days worked.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely, complying with all regulations.
• Familiarize with delivery routes and product handling requirements.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle logs, report maintenance needs, and complete DOT and company reports.
• Deliver products timely and communicate any issues or suggestions to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of accounts and checks collected.
• Work independently while supporting the distribution team.
• Collaborate effectively with managers, supervisors, and peers.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid CDL A
• Proficiency in English reading and writing, ability to identify colors
• Basic math skills
• Team player with multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
